🕹️ Games Accessibility Specialist & Lead
In 2019, with the help of colleagues, champions and mentors, I was able to build the first department dedicated to accessibility at my previous publisher. After a long time of advocating and researching for this mission (while working in other industry roles), I was finally able to start working full-time in accessibility and eventually hire another full-time specialist in my team. A lot has happened since then, but I am still working full-time to help development teams break barriers and collaborating with other support teams to increase accessibility in the workplace, social media, events and more.
